To access our courses, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Accessing the platform as a competitor
• Attempting to damage or undermine our brand or operations

2. Course Access and Use

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted lifetime access to that course for personal educational use. All content remains the intellectual property of Quantum Freight Academy. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

Our courses are offered for a one-time payment, processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if less than 30% of the course has been accessed. Refund requests can be submitted to: [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued if more than 30% of the course is being accessed or after 14 days from purchase.

4. Certificates and Agent Program

Some courses include a certificate of completion. The Quantum Freight Agent course includes a post-completion verification and assessment process. Successful candidates may be invited to join our network as official Quantum Freight Agents.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility and issue or withhold certificates based on performance, integrity, and compliance with program rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, logos, videos, text, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of our Services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access content
• Use the platform for any purpose harmful to our reputation or operations

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violators.

7. Disclaimers

Our courses are educational in nature and do not guarantee any specific business outcome or licensure. Results may vary depending on your effort and application.

8. Limitation of Liability
